You may cancel your Cellasee digital subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the software until that time.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with our software. If you are not satisfied with Cellasee, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at service@cellatopia.com with your order details. Since our payments are handled by Paddle.com, the refund will be processed through their secure system back to your original payment method.
